Voice AI
Speech in, structured data out
We turn voice notes and calls into structured reports, tickets and CRM records, with speech models tuned for Egyptian and Gulf Arabic. We also build voice agents that answer and book around the clock.

Use cases
Asked often.
Yes. We use speech models tuned for Egyptian and Gulf Arabic, along with English and the mixed Arabic and English that people actually speak at work. Accuracy still depends on audio quality, background noise and specialist vocabulary, so we test on your own recordings before rollout. Clear audio from phones and WhatsApp voice notes usually gives good results, while noisy sites may need better microphones before transcription is reliable.
Turn them into structured data your systems can use. A field engineer's voice note can become a site report, a customer call can become a ticket or CRM record with a summary, and meetings can produce notes and action items. Call centres can score every call for quality instead of sampling a few. Output goes straight into WhatsApp, your CRM, ERP or reporting tools, so nobody retypes what was said.
A voice agent works well for predictable conversations such as booking appointments, answering common questions and taking basic details around the clock. It is not the right fit for complex complaints, negotiations or sensitive conversations, which should go to a person. We design the agent to hand the call to your team when it is unsure or the caller asks, and we use natural Arabic text to speech. Every call is transcribed and summarised for review.
