Computer vision
Cameras that spot what people miss
We build vision systems that detect defects, safety breaches and stock levels from existing cameras, running on the edge or your servers, and alert the right person instantly.

Use cases
Asked often.
Often yes. Many detection tasks such as safety zones, PPE checks and shelf counting can run on existing CCTV feeds, processed on an edge device on site or on your own servers. Camera angle, resolution and lighting decide what is possible, so we review sample footage before committing to a use case. Fine defect inspection on a production line usually needs a dedicated camera placed close to the product.
It is good at repetitive visual checks done at scale, such as spotting missing helmets or vests, counting stock on shelves, flagging visible defects and reading documents and IDs. It struggles with poor lighting, blocked views, rare events with few examples and judgement calls that people themselves disagree on. The best results come from a clear rule, such as no entry to a zone without a helmet, and an alert that reaches the right person instantly.
No. Models can run on edge devices next to the cameras or on your own servers, so video stays on your network and only alerts and counts are sent to dashboards. This also keeps response times short, because nothing waits on an internet connection. Cloud processing is possible when it suits you, but for safety monitoring and sensitive sites, local processing is usually the better choice.
