Making Media AI Production-Ready
Arabic Dialect Recognition
We fine-tune ASR models on Arabic dialects spoken in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf for high-accuracy transcription.
Noisy Audio Environments
Noise suppression and audio preprocessing pipelines ensure clean input to speech models.
Real-Time Processing Latency
Optimized streaming pipelines with edge deployment options deliver sub-second response times.
High-Volume Video Processing
Scalable cloud-native architectures process large video streams without bottlenecks.
Privacy & Consent Compliance
All voice and video data pipelines are built with consent management, anonymization, and GDPR-aligned data handling.
Real Applications Across Industries
Voice Bot for Customer Service
Automated phone agents that understand Arabic and English, resolve queries, and escalate intelligently.
Call Center Speech Analytics
Transcribe and analyze agent calls in real-time, detect sentiment, compliance issues, and coaching opportunities.
Video Surveillance Analytics
AI-powered monitoring that detects anomalies, counts people, and flags security events automatically.
Emotion & Sentiment Detection
Analyze customer voice or video for emotional cues, used in UX research, call centers, and market research.
Meeting Transcription & Summarization
Automatically transcribe, translate, and summarize meetings in Arabic and English.

Our AI work is mostly under NDA. On a call we'll demo working agents and walk you through the architecture behind them.

Yes. We use speech models tuned for Egyptian and Gulf Arabic, including the mix of Arabic and English common in business conversations. Accuracy depends on audio quality and your vocabulary, so we test on real recordings from your team before rollout and tune for your product names, places and industry terms. Noise reduction and audio preprocessing help with field recordings and phone calls.
Voice notes can be turned into structured reports, tickets, bookings or CRM records automatically. A site engineer sends an Arabic voice note on WhatsApp, and the system transcribes it, extracts key details such as location, issue and urgency, and fills in the right form in your system. A supervisor reviews and approves the result, so staff can report without typing long messages.
Yes. Calls can be transcribed in Arabic and English, summarised and scored against your own quality checklist, flagging compliance issues, customer sentiment and coaching opportunities for supervisors. Instead of checking a small sample of calls by hand, managers review the calls the system flags and spend their time on coaching. Summaries and scores can also be pushed into your CRM or helpdesk.
Wherever your policy requires. Audio and video can be processed through commercial APIs, inside a private cloud tenant, or entirely on your own servers with open models, so recordings never leave your network. Pipelines are built with consent management, anonymisation and access controls, and you own the infrastructure accounts. AppBlender agrees the right option with you during scoping, based on how sensitive the media is.
