Systems integration
App & API Integration Services
We connect your apps, services, and internal tools into a unified digital ecosystem. Whether it’s syncing your CRM and ERP, integrating third-party APIs, or automating manual workflows, we ensure seamless data flow, reliability, and long-term scalability.
Our Integration Approach
We start by mapping your current tools and workflows to identify integration points and data silos. Then, we design scalable API layers or connectors, whether using REST, GraphQL, or low-code platforms, that ensure secure, real-time, and bi-directional communication between systems. Every integration is built with maintainability, performance, and future scalability in mind.

Making Systems Work Together Seamlessly
Disconnected Systems & Data Silos
We integrate your CRM, ERP, and marketing tools to centralize data and streamline operations.
Manual Workflows
Using webhooks and automation platforms like Zapier or Make, we turn repetitive tasks into auto-triggered flows.
Complex Third-Party APIs
We handle all the complexities, from authentication to rate limits, when working with platforms like Zoho, Odoo, or Stripe.
Security Risks in API Communication
We implement secure token-based auth flows, HTTPS, and access control to protect your data exchange.
Lack of Monitoring & Debugging
Our integrations come with built-in logging, monitoring, and fallback logic to ensure reliability.

Asked often.
Yes. We connect ERP systems such as ERPNext and Odoo with CRMs, Shopify or Salla stores, accounting and custom apps, so orders, stock, customers and invoices flow between them automatically. Your team stops retyping the same data in several places, and the reports finally agree. Each integration is built through APIs, tested on staging and documented for your team.
Yes. We integrate local payment gateways such as Fawry, Paymob and STC Pay, bank connections and WhatsApp messaging into your ERP, app or website. Payments can update invoices and orders automatically, and WhatsApp messages can be triggered by events like a new order, a shipment or an overdue payment. Every connection is tested end to end on staging before it goes live.
We agree which system owns each type of record before any code is written, for example the ERP owns stock and prices while the store owns customer orders. Every other system reads from or writes to that owner through the integration, so there is only one version of the numbers. AppBlender documents these ownership rules so your team can maintain them later.
We build integrations with logging and monitoring, so failed syncs are visible and can be retried instead of silently losing data. If a provider changes its API, the change is handled during the post-launch support window or under a monthly plan, which most clients keep. Because the code and documentation are yours, any engineer can also trace and fix an issue later.
