Brand designed by usTyre and battery workshop ERP covering inventory, procurement and stock ledger, with a custom commerce layer offering nationwide installation booking with date and time slot selection at checkout.
The challenge
Both the ERP and the custom commerce system could write to the same records, and the lead pipeline carried three redundant mechanisms for custom fields.
How we handled it
We paused feature work to audit the full 77-entity data model. The result was a tiered gap analysis of 41 gaps across 12 business domains, and one owning system per domain, agreed before implementation resumed.
